ABOUT US
At Greystone we know the most important thing when planning
your function is feeling confident it will be a success. Our friendly
and helpful team of staff, headed by Troy and Brett, will ensure
your event is every bit the sensation you imagined. Unlike most
venues, we believe making your function fantastic is about
more than just serving cold drinks and tasty food. We know it’s
about creating a vibrant, enjoyable, and fun atmosphere so
you and your guests have a great time.
WHERE YOU'LL FIND US
We are conveniently located in Brisbane’s vibrant South Bank,
close to the Queensland Performing Arts Complex, Brisbane
Convention and Entertainment Centre, the Gallery of Modern
Art, and the Brisbane CBD. Getting here is easy with nearby
busway and train stations (South Bank and South Brisbane),
and ample parking available at the South Bank Parklands.
Feel like dropping by to see just how fantastic and central our
location is? You’ll find us at 166 Grey Street, directly opposite
the Cineplex cinemas.
TYPES OF FUNCTIONS
We cater for almost any type of event. Packages can be
tailored to suit your needs, be it an end-of-year work function,
a special birthday party or a new product launch. Other types
of functions include: hens and bucks nights; engagement
parties; corporate events; product launches; Christmas and
New Years Eve parties; reunions; wine tasting nights; staff
parties; and pretty much any other occasion for celebration.
We also cater for off-site functions around the south Brisbane
area.
FUNCTION SPACES
With a maximum capacity of 280, we can accommodate
most functions, with indoor and outdoor areas available. A
combination of dry bars with stools or lounges can
be arranged as you wish, with most spaces having views over
the South Bank Parklands. If you require, areas of the bar can
be closed off for your function only. We encourage you to visit
us before the event so you can decide what space will work
best for you. Booking a function space is also free of charge.

BEVERAGE OPTIONS
You have three options in providing beverages for your guests: an hourly beverage package (restrictions apply), on-consumption bar tab, or cash bar (guests purchase their own drinks).
HOURLY PACKAGES
1,2,3 and 4 hourly packages available. Please contact us for our highly competitive prices.
Wine Only
Includes Stony Peak Sparkling NV, Lindemans Premier Selection
Chardonnay, Lindemans Premier Selection Shiraz Cabernet, soft drink and juices.
Standard
Includes wine package plus a selection of local bottled beers
(Tooheys New, XXXX Bitter, Carlton Draught, Carlton Cold, Tooheys Old, Pure Blonde, Hahn Super Dry, XXXX Gold, Carlton Midstrength, Pure Blonde Naked, Cascade and Hahn Light) soft drinks and juices.
Premium
Includes standard package plus: Louis Perdrier Sparkling (France); Gunn Estate Pinot Noir (NZ) or Milton Park Shiraz (Barossa); Tempus Two Semillion Sauvignon Blanc or Matua Valley Sauvignon Blanc (NZ); and a selection of premium and imported beers (Peroni, Corona, Hahn Premium, Stella Artois, Heineken, Crown Lager, Kirin Ichiban, James Squire, Tiger, Guinness, Coopers, Becks and Amstell).
Premium house spirits can be added to the Premium package at an additional cost. Spirits include Absolut Vodka, Jim Beam Bourbon, Ballentines Scotch, Bundaberg Rum and Beefeater Gin.
BAR TABS
You simply nominate a dollar amount and the drinks you wish to make available to your guests. We supply you with wristbands so your guests can access the bar tab, and during the event we will let you know when the tab is close to finishing so you may choose to increase the limit if you wish.
CASH BAR
Your guests purchase their drinks individually from the bar.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
We ask that all bookings are confirmed at least seven days prior to the
function. Deposits and cancellation fees are applicable only to functions
over a certain size. We will inform you if this is the case for your function.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Greystone practices the responsible service of alcohol (RSA). We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any patrons not complying with the RSA guidelines. Additionally, all guests over the age of 18 are required to provide a proof of age card.
Minors
Our house policy requires minors attending a function to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. All minors must leave the venue by 10pm. Please notify us prior to your event if any minors will be in attendance.
